How to Catch a Leprechaun Table

Have you ever tried to catch a Leprechaun?

We thought this year we would give it a try
by setting a table he just couldn't resist!

Sure enough, we were successful, catching this
adorable little chef leprechaun.

We found him hiding in our clover.

Imagine how thrilled I was when my little 7 year old
that I have been reading with every day, ran in and
saw the book and told me, "That is my favorite book!"

The table features layered greens so that
the leprechaun feels right at home.

I have had these cabbage plates for years and
they are still some of my favorites.

The chartreuse flower bowls top the cabbage plates.

Scalloped lime green chargers top my favorite
white wood chargers.

These adorable napkins/handkerchiefs are so cute
in see-through goblets.

Gold and green set the perfect trap for our little fellow.

We can't wait to be wearing the green!!

(Sorry, earlier my post was only showing one
photo.  I had to reload each and every picture!)

I will be posting this with

Chocolat - French for Chocolate. I adored chocolate from a young age when I had to sneak in the cupboard to find where my mother had hidden the Nestle's Chocolate Chips. Having read about the famous chocolat shoppes in Paris, when I finally got there I was determined to try a chocolate from every Paris shoppe. I invite you to share my adventures in creating, in travel, and in life.

  4. Jackie, this is a cute table. And, like your cute little granddaughter, I like this book too! I'm working on a little St. Pat's theme table myself. Hope it happens!
