Our lazy little bunny has had enough of work
and he wants to just be lazy in the garden.
Isn't he adorable!
He has been busy working on his spring flowers.
Maybe with all the pretty plantings he deserves
a little rest.
He has created little nests on our beautiful table
filled with yummy chocolate eggs and carrots.
The chocolates are nested in our napkins.
I love the combination of textured purple plates
and white textured plates atop a purple
glass charger.
Cream colored flatware are a nice addition to
the purple table.
Purple bubble glasses are so pretty to finish
off the table setting.
Everything is set atop a purple pintuck tablecloth.

ReplyDeleteHi, Jacqueline! We haven't visited each other for quite a while, so thanks so much for stopping by and taking the time to comment on my Peter Rabbit birthday party post! Thanks for the nice things you had to say! And I'm glad you stopped by because it brought me to this darling lazy bunny table. I actually did a "purple passion" table last Easter, so I really enjoyed yours. Your dishes are gorgeous, and your whole "mix" is perfect, as always. I'm now off to go see your cute bunny cupcakes I saw on your sidebar! :) ~Zuni
ReplyDeleteAnother pretty table - you have so much imagination! That little bunny looks right at home!
ReplyDeleteThe bunny is a cutie! I really love the nest napkins, very clever:@)
ReplyDeleteHe is adorable, and quite the charmer. I can see that he has been working hard to prepare for Spring. Just thinking of it makes me smile.
ReplyDeleteWe are going to be doing Spring for the next few months on Pink Saturday. Please share in of your Spring related posts, feel free to link as many as you like.♥
Spring, Easter; you've covered all of the bases in a delightful way. Love the bunny and sometimes I feel a little lazy also!
ReplyDeleteLove this tablescape! I also love your recipes and had to share. I recently traveled to CO because my new granddaughter arrived. Felicity, her 2 year old sister, wanted my undivided attention so I decided we would bake the cut out sugar cookies you have featured several times. I have been baking for years and these were by far the easiest and most delicious. Your technique of cutting them out on the cookie sheet make them even easier! They were ready for the oven in no time and we were able to quickly get to the fun and messy part of decorating, licking icing and tasting sprinkles! LOL! I was also pleased the recipe made a reasonable amount of cookies instead of dozens. I must confess that I had stopped making cutouts because by the time I got them all cutout and baked, I was too tired to decorate them! I am now dusting off my cookie cutters and will get back to baking cute cut outs again. Thanks for sharing!! I am trying your fondant next!
