Williams Sonoma Copper Stock Pot Giveaway & Fall Tablescape

It is long past time for a giveaway from
Purple Chocolat Home.

I was shopping at Williams Sonoma the
other day.  I have long admired their
copper pots, but they were sooooooo
expensive that I just couldn't buy one.

But....
unbelievably, they had some on sale.
As I was buying myself one and feeling
such a thrill that I finally owned one of
these beautiful  "soup stations" as they
were called, I decided to pick up another
one as a giveaway for some lucky reader
of my blog.

Today's tablescape features my lovely
soup station as part of the grouping
for the centerpiece surrounded
by fall items.

This hammered copper 7 quart soup station is made
of heavy gauge copper in
France by Mauviel.  I think you will love having one
in your kitchen too.  Its unusual shape is tall and slender
and it has a beautiful brass finial on the lid and brass
handles on the side.

Yours comes brand new in a box.

It is such a beautiful piece that
I keep mine out on my stove as part of
the kitchen decor.

To qualify to win this beautiful copper
pot:
1.  You must be a current follower or
a new follower of my blog.
2.  Leave a comment telling me that you
would love and cherish this beautiful piece.
3.  You may leave a second comment telling
me your favorite soup.

The giveaway will end at
midnight Thursday September 29th.

Winner will be chosen randomly
and notified by email so if you don't
have your email address on your
blog, leave it with your comments.

You do not have to have a blog to
win, just leave me your email.

I can't wait to see who wins this!

My fall tablescape in green and cream
is accented by Jack Be Little pumpkins
that we just picked fresh out of the garden.

They top the stack of plates and are
surrounded by fresh cut ivy from the garden.

Green and cream napkins and green flatware
accent the soft colors of the palate.

All three of the plates have heavy
texturing on the edges.  I love textured plates.
They add so much interest to the table.

The ceramic goblets in pale green
sit on a cream damask tablecloth.

One of our fall elves  sits on the table
picking up both the greens and
the oranges.

There are elves during all the
seasons here.

A cream pumpkin joins the
centerpiece too.
The jewel crusting on this pumpkin
is fabulous.

Come, sit down and welcome in
the beauties of fall.

And try a chance at winning this
stunning soup station from
Williams Sonoma.

I hope you enjoyed your visit to
Purple Chocolat Home today.

I will be posting this with

  93. GREEN and cream....aha!!! VERY different, and I LIKE it!! I like it a LOT!!! I think we tend to forget that green is still a huge part of the fall season. Now as for the elf....I have a few of those elves all dressed up for the Christmas holidays that I also use for Mardi Gras decorating. They are cute, but doesn't the expression on their faces kinda creep you out? I was looking at mine earlier this year, and I could swear he was looking back...and plotting my demise!!! :-) Beautiful soup station! That would work so perfectly for a soup and salad buffet! I do soup & salad for a lot of wintertime get-togethers. It's relatively inexpensive, and you get a chance to show off your soup-making skills. Not everybody can make a good soup...especially the creamed variety. This big bad boy would feed the masses!!! I don't blame you for leaving it out as a part of your kitchen decor!!! I want to enter the contest, so I'll be sure you have my email address: table21tablescapes@gmail.com.

  157. Hi Jacqueline!

Thank you for letting me know about this fantastic giveaway!!! I'm trilled to participate!

I follow your blog for so long! You know... :-)

This is something special... My grandma (who lives in Brazil) has a beautiful (and giant) copper dessert pot. She makes so many brazilian desserts with it and she got it from her mother. It's an antique, since my grandma is almost 86 and this pot has being with her for at least 50 years.
I always wanted to have something made of copper and keep it for generations, pass it someday to my daughter. This is the kind of gift you pass on and on... And they would know I got it as a gift too.

I honestly really hope to win! :-)

Have a blessed day, my friend.

    xo
