Garden Bunny Tea

A few bunnies hopped into my garden as asked for
a
Tea Party.

What was I going to say?

Of course, I said, bring all of your friends.

We will set the table.  We will have a wonderful time.

So they came and we had tea.

We laughed and we talked.

It was a glorious afternoon.

An afternoon filled with friendship and
magic.

They felt so honored.

But really, I was the one who was honored.

My little garden friends, you can come anytime.

Don't be shy!!!

Come again, and I will pick flowers.

We will laugh.

We will share.

We will be the best of friends.
Next time bring Peter!

You are always welcome to visit here in my garden.

(The little neighbor girls saw this set up in the front yard
under the flowering plum.  They brought their mom
over to see it.  They had been over earlier and
had seen the Fairy Tea.  They have been quite enchanted
and have brought their friends over to see the tables
and the Fairy Garden.)

I will be posting this on
and

Chocolat - French for Chocolate. I adored chocolate from a young age when I had to sneak in the cupboard to find where my mother had hidden the Nestle's Chocolate Chips. Having read about the famous chocolat shoppes in Paris, when I finally got there I was determined to try a chocolate from every Paris shoppe. I invite you to share my adventures in creating, in travel, and in life.

  21. Hi Jacqueline,

I love your bunny table set for tea. What kind of tea do bunnies drink? One of these day's I'm gonna' have to sit down and email you about your love of chocolate. Have you ever had chocolate in Germany? Personally I think that's the best.

    Hugs,
    Meri

  30. Enchanting is the only word I can think of right now. Perfect! The timing couldn't be better...my little six year old friend has just undergone heart surgery this summer and has asked if we could have a tea party. I am doing it this week. She loves purple and pink so I'm going to do a violet theme for her. It won't be as sweet and elaborate as yours but I hope she will enjoy it. You have inspired me. Your tea party is beautiful and enchanting. Wonderful!

  31. What a sweet sweet tea party. I love all your beautiful dishes and the flatware...ummm..all just beautiful.

The only thing better than a tea party for bunnies....? A tea party for little neighborhood girls...how fun that would be.:))
The older lady that lived across the street from us years ago, when MY girl was little, gave a tea party for her and 3 other neighbor girls. Tea, scones, little tiny gifts and my girl is 41 now with 2 girls and 2 boys of her own. That tea party is at the top of the list for GREAT MEMORIES for her.:))
